– 2 ripe bananas, mashed – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, – 3/4 cup granulated sugar – 2 eggs – 1 ts vanilla extract – 1/2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 ts baking powder – 1/2 ts baking soda – 1/4 ts salt ,cup all- purpose flour, cup granulated sugar – 1/2 cup sour cream – 1/2 cup chocolate chips – 2 tbs unsalted butter – 1/2 ts ground cinnamon
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 inch square baking pan it with parchment paper. n a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 2
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the banana mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan. Make streusel topping.
Step 3
Combine the flour, granulated sugar, cold butter, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until crumbly.
Step 4
Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
